Craftsman 21" Hi-Tunnel Mulcher

This is a very nice and easy mower to use. It is self propelled and handles well on the longer/taller grass as well as slight hills.

I have used craftsman mowers and they are easy to work on, have great reliability and offer some of the best mowers on the market (with the exception of commercial mowers).

My 14 year-old never has any problem starting it and likes the self-propelled feature of it. It was purchased used and we swapped out the spark plug, changed the oil and it runs like a champ.

I would highly recommend this mower to anyone who does not want to spend a lot, but wants a reliable mower.

The only issue that we have had with the mower is periodically when cutting through grass longer then 6", it will stall, but if you just pull it back and lift slightly on the handle to lift the front of the mower, it will usually recatch itself and begin to mow fine....just be careful in the longer grass.

I like the mower and cannot really complain at all....I live in Florida, so we tend to get a lot of rain and the grass grows quickly, it is mowed consistently once a week and has held up for the last 2 years perfectly. No complaints!

Great mower until today

When I press the primer bulb it does not appear to be getting gas. It acts like it wants to start but then nothing. I pulled the part off that contains the primer bulb, and it looks like a gasket might be bad. Has anyone experienced this problem?
