Growing Great Tomatoes

When planting tomato plants, place a generous handful of epsom salts at the bottom of the hole and plant them low - the soil line should be just below the lowest leaves. The nutrients in the epsom salts will give you very healthy and green plants with lots of blooms.

I have tried off and on for years to grow tomatoes and results are generally poor. I am going to try not only the epsom salt, but planting with the soil line just below the lowest leaves. Thanks for the advice.

This is my second year at trying my hand at growing tomatoes with little success. I am looking forward to trying your suggestion to see if it makes the plant stronger and the yield better.

I've been so frustrated with my tomatoes. So frustrated. I had never heard about the salt. I am going to try this.

What a simple thing to do and most households have this salt on hand. Great advice. Thanks
