(Berkeley Springs, WV)
Bought the mower from Home Depot and have had no luck getting questions answered or even ordering a battery (which died after 10 hours use), since it was off season...even though they sold me a plow attatchment in the spring...I now can't order a battery in the winter to run it. Local Cub Cadet dealer no better, I ordered tire chains a month and two snows ago. Cub cadet agrees with Home Depot's assessment that a mower meant to mow seasonally and not started and run frequently off season will produce a dead battery and suggested I buy another piece of equipment to make sure the $2000 piece of equiptment works as it is intended to work! If a seperate battery charger is required to get more than 10 hours out of a battery it should come with a machine this expensive! Mower is kept out of the weather in a barn and well cared for!
